Making Your Reservation is a 2 step process. First pay then tell us your preferred day...
Reservations may only be made after you have placed your order. Cleared funds must be in our account a minimum of 48 hours before flight time to guarantee your flight. Last minute requests can sometimes be accommodated. Please check with us.
We do not offer refunds. All flights are wind and weather permitting/subject to availability and 48-hour advance reservations are suggested. If Pilot has to cancel due to wind, weather or other circumstances beyond our control, your flight will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient day. Or we may in our discretion issue you a boarding pass for flying at a later date. Please understand that a lot of work and planning is required to organize your adventure so If you must cancel within 24 hours of flight time, a fee, which will total half of your original cost, will be non-refundable. For safety reasons we must fly as close to sunrise as possible - you must be prompt in meeting us. Therefore, if at your scheduled time to fly you are no-call, no-show, or if you are too late (in the Pilot's discretion) to fly safely - any refund is voided.

Per Person Semi-Private Flights
The entire adventure lasts two to three hours ending with a special balloonists’ prayer, toasting the occasion with champagne or other special drink. There may be other parties onboard the flight.
Price: $375.00 per person. |

Private Flight
A two to three hour Private adventure ending with a special balloonists’ prayer, toasting the occasion with champagne mimosas or other special drink. Only your party and the pilot will be onboard for the flight portion of your adventure. You may bring up to 4 persons total. Weight restrictions apply.
Price: $1710.10 for up to 4 passengers. |

Additional Spectators
Others in your group who wish not to fly may still participate in your celebration and may ride in our chase vehicle for $25.00 per person. |
